We are delighted to share some impressions of our latest launch event. PATH, a talent development program designed and initiated by MPC. Our Leaders have selected this year’s participants across MPC’s business units and functions. As part of our business and HR strategy, we have identified a need to make a significant PATH investment to build high potential talent for the future. The program is designed to enhance existing skills and capabilities with new learning in tools and methods, provide personal networks and relationships and ensure a rewarding and enjoyable experience throughout a 12-month program.
